Evil Ways was released in December 1969. It's a classic latin rock song that tells us "you've got to stop your evil ways."

Have you ever tried to stop your evil ways?

My first question is what standard are we using to determine what is evil? And what is it that we need to stop doing? Who determines what is evil and what is good? Does evil change over time or from culture to culture?

It is God who defines evil. It is the same for every culture. It is the same for all time. So the question is how do you measure up against God's standard? The answer is that no one is good but God. It seems to me that is a problem.
